Additionally, your car will be trackable via an online link which will be sent to you as soon as our driver picks-your car up. Using the service tracker, you will be able to follow the status of your vehicles service. One of our agent will also be reachable 24/7 to assist with any questions you may have.


Enough said about our drivers - what about the maintenance providers ?

As you will see on our rates list (cf. link), we operate throughout the Geneva area using zones. In each zone, we have carefully selected partners to provide the best maintenance services. Mutual agreements have been signed and we are glad to provide our clientele with a 2 year warranty on all parts and labour we service (lien).


(lien) What does it actually mean ?

Well, let’s say you call us to take care of a clutch replacement on your 2010 Audi A4 and 1 year after the replacement, you notice that the clutch is already wearing out. We will collect the vehicle for free and bring it back to the concerned autoshop to investigate on the issue. If the part was faulty, we will of course replace it and have it installed in your vehicle … for free.

If you’re not happy with the provided rates, please do let us know and we will take the time to explain the pricing and look for an alternative solution. The rates we give you for garage services are not increased, to be totally transparent, the rate we give you is the same rate that you would get if you went to a place yourself. When we make a partnership with a service provider, we request a commision based on the public rate but never do we increase it to better our margin.

The only real extra cost you will be paying, is the driver’s cost, allowing you to relieve the stress and time of taking care of your car’s needs.
